Cherish The Moment

"Cherish The Moment" is a fabulous new, water-front, 4 bedroom, 3 bath house ready for summer of 2018! Beautifully furnished, right on the bay with private beach area and many other extras. Just across the street from the gulf beach and sleeps 12 to 14! Both sides of the island from the bay beach to the gulf beach are just a few steps from the large decks on either side of the house. The bed-size porch swing on one deck invites you to relax and take in the beautiful view while it sways in the cool breeze. The rocking chairs take you back to simpler times and the slower pace of island life.

There is an outdoor shower underneath the house for a quick rinse after a fun day in the waves along with a picnic table and another large, comfy swing tempting you to read a good book or take a nice, long afternoon nap. In the cool of the evening take a walk on the beach and search for shells.

Stainless appliances and granite counter tops highlight the functional kitchen along with plentiful cabinets and a handy center island with a stand-alone ice-maker. The open floor plan has plenty of room for all with comfortable seating and large screen TV. Out on the deck, you'll enjoy cooking on the large gas grill and there is a dining table if you prefer to eat outside while taking in the amazing view of the sunset.

Two spacious bedrooms feature king beds and a third bedroom has a queen and sliding doors to the deck. All three of these bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Kids will love the fourth bedroom with double and single bunk beds along with their own flat screen TV. Three large baths complete this family-friendly floor plan.

Whether you prefer the rolling waves of the Gulf of Mexico or the calm waters of the Mississippi Sound, you will find your perfect spot at "Cherish The Moment"!

  We were celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversary and this was the perfect place. We loved that we had water views in the front and back. The house was beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. We enjoyed all the games and puzzles. We would love to stay at this house again.
